About the Project

The Resilience Empowerment Project (REP) is a research-based initiative designed to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills, and support systems needed to build lasting resilience in the face of adversity. By understanding the science of trauma and leveraging the power of positive experiences, we create pathways to healing and growth.

Trauma-Informed & Resilient Organizational Certificate

This 2 to 3-year project helps organizations increase awareness and understanding of the effects of trauma and toxic stress. We work one-on-one with your organization to support you through this certification journey.

This process includes:

Increasing understanding of the impacts of ACEs on brains, bodies, and behaviors

Shifting the lenses through which you understand stress, trauma, healing, and resilience

Tailored training for all levels of staff with the organization

Become a Certified Trainer

Certified Trainers educate schools and communities on the history and impacts of adverse childhood experiences and how to create trauma-responsive environments to build resilience and promote flourishing.

This process includes:

Four training course options offered as virtual sessions to help you understand and teach about ACEs and resiliency in your school or community

Access to the ACEs Consortium Certified Trainers site with all training materials and resources for use

Have the option to be listed on our website as a Certified ACEs Trainer
