The holidays are a time of connection, tradition and memories. It can also be a time of loneliness, stress, and trauma reminders. Join us as we use a trauma informed lens to explore individual and group experiences of “the most wonderful time of the year.” Participants will explore the nuances of that make this time of year stressful and ways they can mindfully engage with others in a manner than builds authentic belonging.

Trainer: Serena Samaniego LPC, IMH-E – Therapist, Clarvida
Serena Samaniego is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has over 16 years of experience in the field of mental health. Serena is an Infant Mental Health Specialist and Endorsed Reflective Supervisor. Serena’s professional interests include helping children and families who have experienced trauma reconnect with hope and resiliency as well as promoting the importance of trauma responsive communities.
